Dan-List Dowel Boring Machine BM 500 H+V

Dan-List BM 500 H+V is the smallest of our dowel boring machines.

It is a manually operated, sturdy, rock solid machine which works with one adjustable boring unit for boring horizontally and vertically as well as in all angles.

The Dan-List BM 500 H+V has a unique quality and reliability and is quite simply built to last.

Dan-List BM 500 H+V is a universal boring machine for both curved and straight work pieces in a simple and space saving design.

Furthermore there is a quick adjustment from horizontal to vertical and vice versa.

The boring unit revolve 90° around its own axis, and the boring head itself, revolve 360° around its own axis.

Safety:

The Dan-List BM 500 H+V is very safe and simple to operate.

And operator safety is a keyword for Dan-List BM 500 H+V as it has a dual hand operation.

This prevents the operator from any contact with any moving parts during working cycle as both hands must be placed on the buttons to complete a full cycle.

If the operator accidently removes the fingers from one button, the machine stops immediately.

The working cycle is as follows:

1. The workpiece is placed manually in position,
2. The pneumatic foot pedal is activated to clamp the work piece,
3. Both buttons are activated and when the correct boring depth has been reached, the boring unit returns automatically to starting position and stops.

Dan-List BM500 H+V can be delivered also with with any number of flip stops or digital measuring scale in any given length for easier set up.

The Dan-List BM 500 H+V is 3/380 volt.

Dan-List BM 500 H+V is CE approved.
