Dan-List Dowel Boring Machine Model Classic Autoset Drawer Machine

Dan-List Classic Autoset is an efficient and reliable, Danish made fully automatic boring machine for drilling drawers and drawer sides, with fully automatic set up through the touch screen. It has a memory of up to 99 different programs, but can be extended if needed.

The setup of the machine is 100% automatically done through the touch screen where each position of boring units, drilling depth, clamping cylinders magazine etc., are entered and stored. Next time you need to run the same work piece, all you need to do is to enter the program number at the touch screen and the machine sets everything automatically with a precision of 1/10 mm. within 60 seconds.

Nothing needs to be set manually, apart from changing of drills.

This makes the Dan-List Classic AutoSet unique for the just in time production, where stock is kept to a minimum and only orders are manufactured. Just in time production requires many set ups during a working day. Set up and change over time is expensive and time consuming and therefore a set up time of less than 60 seconds is exactly what this kind of production needs.

The capacity of Dan-List Classic AutoSet varies from 15 - 20 work pieces a minute (exact capacity will be quoted with each single machine) and a working cycle could for example be:

1. Enter the program number at the touch screen.
2. Dan-List Classic Autoset sets up automatically and will be ready for drilling within 60 seconds.
3. Load the magazine.
4. The work pieces are taken automatically into the machine, where they are clamped pneumatically and drilled.
5. After drilling the finished work pieces can either be returned to operator below the magazine or next to the machine. Through feed and stacking is also an option.

The operator language in the touch screen is normally English, but can be translated to local language also

Minimum and maximum size of work pieces are individually determined.

Components used: The Dan-List Classic Autoset machines are built to last. All components used are made in Europe of the highest possible quality and suppliers are well known companies in the industry.
