Knife Set

The standard knife set 0301 fits Morso F, Morso F de-luxe, Morso F plus Ten, Morso FC, Morso H and Morso EH. Please be aware that the Morso original standard knives do not fit on Jyden and Schleicher machines.

Extra large knives for Morso EHXL mitring machine. The knives contain five holes and fits only the Morso EHXL machine. Made in the way and from the same type of steel as the standard Morso 0301 knives securing extremely long life.

Like the standard knives the EHXL knives must be hollow ground in order to maintain a perfect 45 degree cut.

The standard double ended reversible knife set 0500 fits Morso F, Morso F de-luxe, Morso F plus Ten, Morso FC, Morso H and Morso EH.

Please be aware that the Morso original double ended reversible knives do not fit on Jyden and Schleicher machines. Please see Jyden and Schleicher knives.

Maximum cutting width for standard double ended reversible knives are approx 40 mm.

The smaller knife set with only two holes fits Morso B, Morso BA and BAP mitring machine.

The half cross joint knives are for example used for windows and kitchen cabinets. On the new Morso F, the holes are already prepared for switching between Morso standard knife set 0301 and half cross joint knives.

The nose knives are standard 10, 12, 14, 16 and 18 mm, but on request the nose knives are also available in 4, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 20 mm, as well as any size in inches.

The half cross joint knives fits Morso F, Morso F de-luxe, Morso F plus Ten, Morso FC, Morso H and Morso EH mitring machines.

For ordering, please quote item no. 0725, includes a set of 0705 sideknives, as well as one nose knife of 10, 12, 14, 16 and 18 mm.

The standard knife set for Jyden and Schleicher fits, as the name says, the old Jyden and Schleicher mitring machines.

Please be aware of, that the original Morso 0301 knife set does not fit Jyden and Schleicher mitring machines.

Side and nose knives for for Morso NSF / NSEH / NFXS and NXSEH:

The nose knives for the “S” version of Morso Notch Cutting Machines is available from 6 - 20 mm. The nose knives for the “S” machines have been manufactured with a v – groove in order for the nose knives to fit exactly in the middle of the knife block. The side knives are the same no matter which size you are working with. They have been made with adjustable elongated holes, so they will match a 6 mm or 20 mm nose knife respectively.

For ordering nose knives, please quote as follows: 0706 for 6 mm, 0708 for 8 mm, 0710 for 10 mm etc up to 0720 for 20 mm.

The nose knives for NSF/NSEH are also available in inches starting with ¼” up to ¾”. The nose knife is also available as 3 and 4 mm. However this requires a special knife block drilled with smaller holes.

Side and nose knives for Morso NLF / NFXL / NLEH and NXLEH:

The nose knives for NLF, NFXL, NLEH and NXLEH machines are have a minimum width of 12 mm and a maximum width of 26 mm. Upon request nose knives up to 40 mm wide are also available but sizes larger than 26 mm requires a specially prepared knife block. The nose knives for “L” version of the machines have been manufactured with flat surface instead of the v-groove. This means that front of the knife block has been made flat as well in order to gain more space for wider nose knives.

The side knives are identical no matter which machine is being used. It does not matter if the machine is a “S” version or a “L” version.

For ordering nose knives for “L” machines, please quote the following item numbers. 0812 for 12 mm, 0814 for 14 mm, 0816 for 16 mm etc. up to 0826 for 26 mm. Larger nose knives such as 30 mm,32 mm or 35 mm are available upon request. The nose knives for NLF/NFXL/NLEH and NXLEH are also available in inches starting with ½” up to 1,125”.

Knife set for Morso NMS notch cutting machines:

The principle for the side and nose knives for the Morso NMS is the same as for the Morso NFS, NFXS etc. This means that the nose knives for Morso NMS is manufactured with a v-groove similar to the noseknives for the Morso NSF, NFXS etc. However there is a difference in the length and also the size of the holes for fitting is different. Therefore the side and nose knives for Morso NMS have their own item codes.

For ordering nose knives for Morso NMS with v-groove ( 6 - 20 mm ), please quote item no. 00760706 for 6 mm, 00760708 for 8 mm, 00760710 for 10 mm etc. up to 00760720 for 20 mm. As with the Morso NFS the nose knives for Morso NMS is also available as 3 and 4 mm. However this requires a special knife block drilled with smaller holes.

The nose knives for NMS are also available in inches starting with ¼” up to ¾”.

Knife set for Morso NML notch cutting machines:

The principle for the side and nose knives for the Morso NML is the same as for the Morso NFL, NFXL etc. This means that the nose knives for Morso NML is manufactured with a flat surface similar to the nose knives for the Morso NFL, NFXL etc. However there is a difference in the length and also the size of the holes for fitting is different. Therefore the side and nose knives for Morso NML have their own item codes. The side knives for Morso NML are identical to the ones from Morso NMS.
