Pressure Pads

No matter which model of Morso Frame Assembling Machine you decide to purchase, it will be delivered fully equipped, ready to work including three different types of pressure pads. Should one of them disappear during work, each pressure pad is of course available as spare part.

Equal to all the Morso pressure pads is, that they are manufactured from solid aluminium and fitted with a special type of plastic in order to avoid pressure marks on the frame during work.

The following pressure pads fits the Morso UP-M:

A flat pressure pad which is used for small photo frames and standard frames with no or very little profile. As the pressure pad touches the moulding it will generate a pressue and the wedge / v-nail is fired into the wood from underneath.

A double headed self adjustable pressure pad, which is used for mouldings with a standard profile. The pressure pad is placed manually on the mouldings, and when the rod hits the pressure pad, it will generate a pressure with the manually operated hydraulic foot pedal and the wedge / v-nail is fired into the wood from underneath.

A double headed self adjustable pressure pad, which is used for mouldings with a reverse profile, where the highest point is closest to the picture. The pressure pad is placed manually on the mouldings, and when the rod hits the pressure pad, it will generate a pressure with the manually operated hydraulic foot pedal and the wedge / v-nail is fired into the wood from underneath.

The following pressure pads will fit the Morso UP-ATH:
