Dan-List CNC Dowel Boring Unit

The Dan-List CNC dowel boring unit is made in one of our own factories, on our top modern CNC machining centers with the highest precision and lowest possible tolerances. We are proud to say that our CNC dowel boring units are among the longest lasting in the market, with some of the best and most reliable performances – no matter if the units are used in one shift or in three shifts, 24/7. All components are made in Denmark and each finished unit is quality tested in order to reach the highest possible quality and to reduce down time to less than 0,5% at the customer. Our standard dowel boring units are simply made for high volume production.

The Dan-List Dowel Boring Unit is controlled by a servo motor and all parameters are adjusted directly from touch screen – reducing the manual set up time.

The Dan-List CNC Dowel Boring unit has a programmable cleaning function, which is also set from the touch screen.

The length of stroke is standard 100 mm but this can be increased to 150 mm upon request.

The Dan-List CNC dowel boring unit can be tilted 360 degrees around its own axis so the unit can be used for any kind of horizontal or vertical drillings. Naturally it can also be used for drillings in for example 45 degrees.

The Dan-List Standard Dowel Boring Unit is available for all newer Dan-List machines and can also be prepared to fit different machines.
