Dan-List Standard Dowel Boring Unit

The Dan-List standard dowel boring unit is made in one of our own factories, on our top modern CNC machining centers with the highest precision and lowest possible tolerances. We are proud to say that our dowel boring units are among the longest lasting in the market, with some of the best and most reliable performances – no matter if the units are used in one shift or in three shifts, 24/7. All components are made in Denmark and each finished unit is quality tested in order to reach the highest possible quality and to reduce down time to less than 0,5% at the customer. Our standard dowel boring units are simply made for high volume production.

The Dan-List Dowel Boring Unit contains two pcs of pneumatic cylinders and one pcs of oil brake.

The Dan-List Standard Dowel Boring unit has a programmable cleaning function and the length of stroke is standard 100 mm but this can be increased to 150 mm upon request.

The Dan-List Standard dowel boring unit can be tilted 360 degrees around its own axis so the unit can be used for any kind of horizontal or vertical drillings. Naturally it can also be used for drillings in for example 45 degrees.

The Dan-List Standard Dowel Boring Unit fits all existing Dan-List machines and can also be prepared to fit different machines..

The size of the motor is 1.1kW @ 2,850 rpm. The sliding mechanism is air with oil damping, and the maximum drilling depth for the boring unit is 100 mm.

Air pressure at 6 - 8 bar, and consumption is 0.5 liter per working cycle.
